1.Graceland Phase 1, Athi River, Kenya, completed Oct-2014.

This is our very first project in Kenya as a contractor and property developer. We used the fast building technology from Coffor, made up from stay-in-place steel meshed panels. All finishings come from Europe.

2.Grand Pension Plaza, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Dec-2011.

After completion, this building stands as the tallest and most prestigious building ever built in Rwanda. Work began in 2007. This 18-storey project was completed at a cost of USD 36 million.

3. Nobilis Apartments, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Apr-2009.

This project is part of the Noblis Hotel project. The apartments block has 11 suites and 10 bedrooms. The project started in April 2008.

4.Ministry of Finance, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Jan-2008.

This project involved the renovations and facelift of the Ministry of Finance Headquarter offices, (17 levels – 6200 sqm) located at the heart of the city.

5.BCR Headquarters, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Jan-2009.

This project involved transformation and renovation of the building. During each of the 4 phases of the project, the bank continued its operations in the other 3 building areas. Work started in September 2007.

6.Sunset Villas, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Jun-2013.

Beautifully spread over 9 ha (22 acres) in Kibagabaga, Sunset Villas are located in a serene environment that captures a backdrop of natural architectural beauty. 16 units completed for phases 1 and 2, phase 3 is ongoing (7 units).

7.BHR Estate, Kagugu, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Dec-2008.

Development and construction project on behalf of BHR (Rwanda Housing Bank) and CSR (Rwanda Social Security Fund). This development of 52 houses also included roads, service sites and water treatment plant.

8.Bakhresa Group, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Oct-2011.

In January 2010, TPGL began construction in the newly established Kigali industrial zone of a flour mill for the Bakhresa Group which is already established in several countries in the sub-region. The end value of the project is USD 5 million.

9.National Assembly, Kigali, Rwanda, completed Sep-2009.

This landmark was heavily damaged by the 1994 genocide. As part of the national reconstruction process, TPGL was contracted to conduct its renovation and the construction of a new building to house the Senate chamber and its administration.
